With over 45 years combined experience in the dental trade the JD Dental team is committed to in-depth product knowledge and quality of service. Based on the belief that their customers’ needs are of the utmost importance and by utilising the latest technology and comprehensive stock of spare parts they aim for a ‘one visit fix’ and regularly achieve this. The company is committed to meeting those needs and as a result, a high percentage of their business is from repeat customers and referrals.
And now, recently, they are partnering up with Ancar by becoming an official distributor.
Let’s get to know the people behind the company:
Joe Hall (Managing Director) founded JD Dental in 2012 and over the years has helped build the company to what it is today. He is very proud of the products, services and support JD Dental are now able to offer and strives to push the boundaries of customer services and technical knowledge.
Alan Cox (Technical Director) joined JD Dental in 2015, to set-up its technical department specialising in digital dentistry. This quickly grew and (coupled with the capital equipment agencies JD was able to secure through its growth) has also allowed him to manage the companies website and social media platforms.
Lauren Hall (Office Manager) is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. As our first point of contact when customers call, email or visit, Lauren is on hand to make sure everything is running smoothly, whether it be engineers diaries, marketing, account management or showroom and training suite visitors.
John Bircham is our in-house (fully qualified) electrician, and is most commonly seen out with Joe and Alan during the installation work.
Dr Richard Buckle is a long-term customer to Joe and Alan through their time in the trade. He is always on hand to offer his clinical expertise should the JD team need it, and is responsible for all JD Dental clinical training for new and existing digital dental customers.
